The company was founded by educator and mother Clarida Anderson, and her commitment to helping every student hear and every teacher be heard continues through the company’s leadership team today. Her sons, including CEO Jeff Anderson, grew up watching her innovate for classrooms—a legacy that still shapes how the company serves districts across Texas and the nation.
