I am truly humbled to serve in the role of president for the Fast Growth School Coalition. As we look across Texas, the Fast Growth School Coalition stands as the collective voice for the high-performing, destination districts that are defining the future of education for our state. Taking on this leadership role, I am honored to lead a coalition that understands the unique pulse of districts that are not just growing, but transforming the landscape of Texas public education.

We represent the front lines of Texas public education, where explosive enrollment meets the tireless pursuit of excellence for our students and families.

Drawing from my work on state task forces regarding teacher vacancies and industry certifications, I understand that the challenges of rapid growth require solutions where schools, businesses, and the community work as one team to achieve more for our students than any of us could alone.

As a coalition, we are focused on embedding employers in education and redesigning curriculum to be truly future ready. The districts within this coalition are the economic engines of our state, where school districts are the heart of community. Our districts are the primary economic drivers for Texas, where the direct impact of building and maintaining high-quality school facilities creates jobs and fuels new investments in every corner of the state.

The burden of this rapid expansion must not fall solely on local taxpayers; it requires a sustained state-level commitment that matches the growth of our student populations. Together, we will continue to advocate for a legislative environment that recognizes these unique challenges and invests in the limitless potential of the students we serve.
